Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum computing architectures targeting 2026 deployment milestones
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for complex optimization problems
- Lead quantum software development teams across multiple project streams
- Partner with industry leaders to identify quantum use cases in finance, logistics, and healthcare
- Create quantum security protocols resistant to next-generation cyber threats
- Present quantum computing strategies to C-suite executives and board members

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record developing production-level quantum algorithms
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket, Microsoft Azure Quantum)
