Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for 2026-era applications in cryptography, materials science, and climate modeling
- Lead cross-functional R&D projects integrating quantum processors with classical AI systems
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures
- Secure $2M+ in annual research grants from DARPA and NSF initiatives
- Publish 3+ peer-reviewed papers annually in top-tier scientific journals
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum machine learning methodologies

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or related field (or equivalent industry breakthrough)
