Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics or Computer Science
- 3+ years quantum algorithm implementation
- Experience with IBM Q/Google Quantum AI
- Publication record in top-tier journals
- Proficiency in Qiskit/Cirq frameworks
- Security clearance eligibility preferred
