Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for real-world applications

- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum gate operations
- Publish breakthrough findings in top-tier journals and conferences
- Secure $2M+ in annual research funding through grant proposals
- Mentor PhD researchers and guide strategic roadmap development
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (2020-2026 graduates welcome)
- Proven expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum machine learning
- Experience with Qiskit, Cirq, or other quantum development frameworks
- Published research in quantum computing or quantum information theory
- Strong mathematical background in linear algebra, probability, and topology
- Ability to work with cross-disciplinary teams in AI, materials science, and cryptography
