Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization problems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to develop quantum error correction protocols Publish research in top-tier journals and present at global conferences
- Lead cross-functional teams on 2026 quantum roadmap initiatives
- Develop novel quantum machine learning frameworks

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Published research in quantum information science
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems
- Strong background in linear algebra and probability theory
- US citizenship required for government contracts
