Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and machine learning applications
- Collaborate with hardware teams to develop error correction protocols and quantum system architectures
- Lead experimental research on qubit coherence and quantum gate operations
- Author peer-reviewed publications and present findings at international conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to quantum education initiatives

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years of quantum research experience
- Expertise in quantum mechanics, quantum information theory, and quantum algorithms
