Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for practical industry applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quantum solutions into existing frameworks
- Publish peer-reviewed research in leading scientific journals
- Lead quantum hardware optimization projects with our engineering division
- Mentor junior researchers and organize quarterly innovation symposiums
- Develop patentable quantum protocols for cryptography and data security
- Analyze quantum error correction techniques for scalable systems
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum computing experience with major platforms
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum information theory
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum mechanics principles and topological computing
- Experience with cloud-based quantum simulators (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Strong background in machine learning and high-performance computing
