Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization problems
- Lead experiments on 500+ qubit quantum processors
- Publish 3+ peer-reviewed papers annually
- Collaborate with hardware teams to reduce decoherence rates
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum programming
- Secure $1M+ in annual research grants
- Develop quantum-resistant cryptography protocols
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics/Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in top-tier quantum journals
- Expertise in quantum error correction techniques
