Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for machine learning optimization
- Lead qubit stability enhancement projects targeting >99.9% coherence rates
- Collaborate with aerospace partners on quantum-resistant cryptography systems
- Publish breakthrough research in Nature Physics/Science journals
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum error correction methodologies
- Secure $5M+ in DARPA/NIST quantum research grants
- Develop proprietary quantum annealing frameworks for logistics optimization
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics/Computer Science or equivalent research experience
- 5+ years demonstrated quantum algorithm development (Qiskit/Cirq)
- Published work in top-tier quantum computing journals (impact factor >10)
- Expertise in superconducting qubit fabrication and cryogenics
