Responsibilities

- Mentor junior researchers and cross-functional engineering teams
- Secure federal and private research funding through proposal development
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field with quantum focus
- 3+ years hands-on quantum computing research experience
- Published work in quantum algorithm development or error correction
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to secure research grants
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems and hardware integration
