Responsibilities
- Design and develop novel quantum algorithms for practical applications.
- Conduct cutting-edge research in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant quantum computing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quantum solutions into real-world systems.

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on quantum computing.
- Strong background in quantum mechanics, linear algebra, and probability theory.
- Experience with quantum programming languages such as Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#.
- Proven track record of publishing high-quality research in quantum computing or related fields.
- Expertise in at least one high-level programming language (Python, C++, Java) and one low-level language.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for presenting complex concepts to diverse audiences.
