Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for practical business applications
- Develop novel error-correction protocols for scalable quantum systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum-AI hybrid model development
- Publish peer-reviewed research in top-tier scientific journals
- Secure patents for proprietary quantum computing methodologies
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum circuit architectures
- Present findings to executive stakeholders and industry consortiums
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development experience
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Publication record in Nature/Science or equivalent venues
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (D-Wave, IBM Q, Rigetti)
- Strong background in linear algebra, complex analysis, and information theory
