Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and cryptography
- Lead experimental validation of quantum supremacy protocols on superconducting qubits
- Collaborate with hardware teams to mitigate decoherence in 100+ qubit systems
- Publish breakthrough research in Nature/Science journals
- Develop error-correction frameworks for fault-tolerant quantum computing
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum information theory
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (postdoc preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming (Qiskit/Cirq)
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing conferences
- Expertise in quantum error correction and topological qubits
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum information theory
- Proficiency in Python/C++ for quantum simulation
