Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and machine learning

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related quantum field
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development or quantum simulation
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Strong foundation in linear algebra, quantum mechanics, and computational theory
- Proven track record of peer-reviewed publications or industry patents
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Ability to translate complex quantum concepts for diverse stakeholders
- Preferred: Background in quantum error correction or quantum cryptography
