Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for real-world problem-solving

- Secure patents for proprietary quantum methodologies
- Mentor junior researchers and cross-functional engineering teams
- Drive technology transfer from lab to commercial applications
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum mechanics principles and entanglement
- Published research in quantum information theory or related fields
- Expertise in Python, C++, and high-performance computing environments
- Experience with quantum hardware (IBM Q, Rigetti, or IonQ)
- Strong problem-solving skills for complex optimization challenges
- Ability to communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
