- Author peer-reviewed publications in top-tier journals (Nature Physics, Quantum Science & Technology)
- Secure $5M+ in research grants from NSF, DARPA, and industry partners
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum information science
- Establish industry partnerships for quantum commercialization roadmap
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (postdoc preferred)
- 5+ years experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological quantum computing
- Expertise in quantum annealing, superconducting qubits, or photonic systems
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and high-performance computing environments
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical models into experimental prototypes
- Experience securing government and corporate research funding
