Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for real-world applications in cryptography and optimization
- Lead experimental validation of quantum hardware prototypes at cryogenic temperatures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate theoretical models into functional quantum systems
- Publish high-impact research in peer-reviewed journals and present at international conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to patent development for quantum innovations
- Stay current with emerging quantum technologies and industry standards
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years research experience
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq) and classical simulation frameworks
- Demonstrated expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Strong publication record in quantum computing or theoretical physics
