Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for practical industrial applications
- Conduct advanced research in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum circuit performance
- Lead cross-functional projects to translate quantum research into commercial solutions
- Publish findings in peer-reviewed journals and present at international conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to quantum education initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related quantum field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum mechanics and quantum information theory
- Proven track record of published quantum computing research
- Expertise in algorithm design for NISQ-era quantum processors
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
