Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation
- Lead experimental validation of quantum circuits on superconducting platforms
- Collaborate with ML teams to develop hybrid quantum-classical frameworks
- Publish top-tier research and present at IEEE Quantum Computing Symposium
- Mentor junior researchers and secure NSF/DARPA grants

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years experience with quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
