Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and machine learning applications

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum algorithm design and quantum error correction
- Publication record in high-impact quantum computing research
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum hardware architectures (superconducting, photonic, ion traps)
- Experience securing DoD/DARPA or NSF quantum research grants
