Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for cryptography, optimization, and simulation applications
- Develop novel error-correction protocols to enhance qubit stability and coherence
- Collaborate with hardware teams to translate theoretical models into practical quantum circuits
- Lead research initiatives in quantum machine learning and hybrid quantum-classical systems
- Publish peer-reviewed papers and present findings at international conferences

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or Quantum Information Science
- 3+ years of experience in quantum algorithm development or qubit manipulation
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and quantum mechanics
- Publication record in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Experience with quantum simulation frameworks (QASM, OpenQASM)
