Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for 2026-era computational challenges
- Lead qubit stabilization experiments in our cryogenic quantum processors
- Develop error-correction frameworks for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Collaborate with AI teams to integrate quantum acceleration into machine learning pipelines
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals and industry whitepapers
- Secure $1M+ in quantum computing grants for experimental validation
- Mentor PhD researchers in quantum information science
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years hands-on quantum computing research with superconducting or trapped-ion systems
- Published work in quantum error correction or algorithm optimization
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum programming frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation techniques
- Experience securing government or corporate research funding
