Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum algorithms for optimization problems
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop quantum error correction protocols

- Prototype quantum machine learning pipelines for commercial applications
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum information theory

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics/Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Published research on quantum supremacy or topological qubits
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems (4K environments)
- Strong track record of securing quantum research funding
- Expertise in quantum machine learning frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation
- Fluency in quantum programming languages (e.g., Q#)
