Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization, simulation, and machine learning applications
- Develop quantum error correction protocols for fault-tolerant computing systems
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize quantum circuit performance on superconducting qubit platforms
- Lead research initiatives in quantum machine learning and hybrid quantum-classical architectures
- Publish peer-reviewed papers and present findings at major international conferences

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or Computational Physics with 3+ years of quantum research experience
