Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and machine learning
- Develop fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures and error-correction methodologies
- Lead cross-functional research projects combining quantum hardware, software, and theoretical physics
- Publish breakthrough findings in top-tier journals and present at international conferences
- Collaborate with engineering teams to prototype and validate quantum solutions
- Secure and manage research grants from government agencies and private foundations

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years research experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and quantum circuit design
- Published work in quantum computing or quantum information theory
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and computational complexity
