Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for real-world industrial applications

- Develop error correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Secure $2M+ in federal and private research funding
- Mentor junior researchers and build quantum talent pipelines
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum error correction
- Expertise in quantum hardware architectures (superconducting, ion traps, photonic)
- Strong background in machine learning and classical optimization
- Proven track record of securing research grants
