Responsibilities
- Lead quantum algorithm design and optimization for commercial applications
- Develop error-correction protocols to achieve quantum advantage by 2026

- Secure external funding through NSF and DoE grant proposals

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 3+ years of quantum computing research experience with demonstrated publications
