Responsibilities

- Develop error-correction frameworks for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Author peer-reviewed publications and patent novel quantum methodologies
- Mentor cross-functional teams in quantum mechanics principles
- Secure $10M+ in research grants through DARPA/NSF proposals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience with quantum gate-level programming
- Published research in Nature/Science journals
- Expertise in superconducting qubit architectures
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent frameworks
- Security clearance preferred for government-contract work
- Track record of translating theory into functional prototypes
