- Mentor interdisciplinary teams of physicists and software engineers
- Secure $5M+ in government and private research funding
- Architect next-gen quantum error correction protocols
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years research
- Published 10+ peer-reviewed papers in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Proven experience with quantum hardware providers (IBM, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Strong background in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
