Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Develop error-correction protocols to enhance qubit coherence in next-gen quantum processors
- Lead cross-functional research projects with AI and materials science teams
- Publish findings in top-tier journals and present at international quantum computing conferences
- Collaborate with hardware teams to translate theoretical models into practical quantum circuits

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum error correction
- Expertise in quantum simulation frameworks and NISQ device optimization
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and statistical mechanics
- Proven track record of translating complex theories into experimental implementations
