Responsibilities

- Publish peer-reviewed research and present findings at top-tier conferences
- Secure research grants and patents for quantum innovation breakthroughs
- Mentor junior researchers and cross-functional engineering teams
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years of quantum research experience
- Proven expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Strong publication record in Nature/Science journals or equivalent quantum computing venues
- Hands-on experience with cryogenic quantum hardware and control systems
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Ability to translate theoretical concepts into experimental prototypes
- Exceptional problem-solving skills for complex quantum system challenges
