Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization, simulation, and cryptography applications
- Lead research in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant quantum computing systems
- Develop proprietary quantum programming frameworks and simulation tools
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to prototype and test quantum processors

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering with quantum focus
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development using Qiskit, Cirq, or Quil
- Deep expertise in quantum information theory and quantum mechanics principles
- Proven track record of peer-reviewed publications in quantum computing
- Experience with superconducting qubits or trapped-ion quantum systems
- Strong mathematical foundations in linear algebra, probability, and complexity theory
- Exceptional problem-solving skills for multi-variable quantum systems
