Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and machine learning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate quantum solutions into real-world applications
- Conduct cutting-edge research in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Develop and maintain quantum simulation frameworks for algorithm validation
- Publish research findings in leading scientific journals and conferences
- Lead quantum computing workshops and mentor junior researchers
- Secure patents for innovative quantum methodologies and architectures
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum mechanics, linear algebra, and complexity theory
- Proven track record of peer-reviewed publications in quantum computing
- Expertise in at least one high-level programming language (Python, C++)
- Familiarity with cloud-based quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for complex quantum systems
