Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Develop novel quantum error correction techniques for scalable hardware
- Lead experimental validation of quantum systems in advanced lab environments
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize quantum processor architectures
- Publish high-impact research in peer-reviewed journals and conferences
- Secure competitive research funding through grant proposals

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq, etc.)
- Deep understanding of quantum mechanics and quantum information theory
- Proven track record of peer-reviewed publications in quantum computing
- Expertise in at least one quantum hardware platform (superconducting, trapped ions, etc.)
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability, and statistical analysis
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in interdisciplinary teams
