Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for complex optimization problems

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years research experience
- Proven expertise in quantum algorithm design (QAOA, VQE, Shor's)
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Strong publication record in quantum computing or equivalent industry impact
- Demonstrated experience with high-performance computing architectures
- Knowledge of quantum hardware constraints and optimization techniques
- Ability to translate complex theoretical concepts into practical applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical audiences
