Responsibilities

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years industry experience
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and quantum circuit design
- Demonstrated expertise in quantum error correction and fault tolerance methodologies
- Strong publication record in quantum computing or condensed matter physics
- Experience with cryogenic quantum hardware and control systems
- Deep understanding of quantum machine learning and variational algorithms
- Ability to translate theoretical concepts into practical implementations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
