Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for practical industry applications

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or similar)
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum information theory
- Expertise in linear algebra, probability theory, and computational complexity
- Proficiency in high-performance computing environments (HPC, cloud-based quantum simulators)
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical concepts into practical implementations
- Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
