Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for real-world applications
- Lead research teams in quantum error correction and hardware optimization

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum computing research experience

- Strong background in linear algebra, probability, and computational complexity
