Responsibilities
- Develop novel quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation applications
- Architect fault-tolerant quantum computing hardware prototypes

- Author peer-reviewed publications and present findings at top-tier conferences
- Secure $2M+ in annual research grants from DARPA/NSF
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum information science
- Drive open-source contributions to quantum computing frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field with quantum specialization
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq, or similar)
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Expertise in quantum error correction and decoherence mitigation
- Proficiency in high-performance computing environments
- Strong background in linear algebra and computational complexity theory
