Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for industrial-scale problems
- Lead experimental validation of quantum circuits on superconducting platforms
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum error correction protocols

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years postdoc experience
- Expertise in quantum algorithm design (Shor's, Grover's, VQE variants)

- Published research in Nature/Science or top-tier quantum computing conferences
- Experience with superconducting qubit manipulation and characterization
