Responsibilities

- Collaborate with hardware engineers to co-design quantum processors
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals and present at international conferences

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field with quantum computing specialization
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Proven track record of publishing in Nature/Science/Physical Review X
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Familiarity with superconducting qubit systems and photonic quantum processors
- Strong mathematical background in linear algebra, group theory, and information theory

- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
