Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and machine learning applications
- Develop error correction techniques to enhance quantum system stability and coherence times
- Lead experimental validation of quantum computing architectures using superconducting qubits
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum processors with 100+ qubit capabilities
- Publish high-impact research in leading journals and present at premier conferences
- Secure research funding through NSF and DoD grant applications
- Mentor junior researchers and foster cross-departmental innovation
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 3+ years of postdoctoral experience
