Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for practical industrial applications
- Lead cross-functional teams translating theoretical models into executable quantum circuits
- Develop error-correction protocols to achieve fault-tolerant quantum computing
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize software-hardware integration
- Publish peer-reviewed research in top-tier quantum computing journals

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development experience
- Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Strong background in linear algebra, complex analysis, and information theory
- Demonstrated ability to publish in Nature/Science or equivalent journals
