Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization, simulation, and machine learning applications
- Develop error mitigation techniques and quantum error correction protocols for practical quantum systems
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to translate theoretical concepts into viable quantum computing architectures
- Lead research initiatives targeting breakthroughs in quantum supremacy applications by 2026
- Publish findings in top-tier scientific journals and present at international conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to quantum computing educational initiatives

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Deep expertise in quantum algorithms, quantum information theory, and quantum error correction
- Strong publication record in peer-reviewed quantum computing research
