Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization, simulation, and machine learning applications
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to develop quantum error correction protocols and fault-tolerant systems
- Lead research initiatives in quantum machine learning and hybrid quantum-classical computing models
- Publish findings in peer-reviewed journals and present at international conferences

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)

- Proven track record of publishing high-impact research in quantum computing
- Expertise in machine learning algorithms and high-performance computing architectures
