Responsibilities
- Develop novel quantum algorithms for optimization problems in logistics and drug discovery
- Design fault-tolerant quantum circuits using superconducting qubits

- Publish 3+ peer-reviewed papers annually in Nature Physics/Science
- Secure $1M+ in DOE/NIST quantum research grants
- Mentor PhD interns in quantum error correction techniques
- Contribute to open-source quantum computing frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or Quantum Information with 3+ years postdoc experience
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum circuit optimization tools
- Expertise in quantum error correction and topological qubits
- Strong background in condensed matter physics or quantum many-body systems
- Experience with high-performance computing clusters
- Demonstrated ability to secure federal research funding
