Responsibilities
- Develop novel quantum algorithms for cryptography optimization
- Design and simulate quantum circuits using Qiskit/Cirq frameworks
- Lead research on quantum error correction techniques
- Collaborate with hardware teams on qubit coherence improvements
- Publish findings in peer-reviewed journals and industry conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to IP strategy
- Secure grant funding through NSF and DARPA proposals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum computing platforms
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum programming languages
- Published research in quantum information science
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum mechanics
- Experience with quantum circuit optimization techniques
- Demonstrated ability to secure research funding
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
