Responsibilities

- Secure $5M+ in research grants through NSF and DARPA proposals
- Author 3+ peer-reviewed publications annually in top-tier journals
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum information science
- Translate theoretical models into experimental validation protocols
- Present breakthroughs at IEEE Quantum Week and World Economic Forums
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or Quantum Information with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum entanglement or error correction
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum programming frameworks
- Track record of commercializing quantum technologies with patents filed
- Deep understanding of quantum supremacy benchmarks and NISQ limitations
- Experience securing federal research grants exceeding $2M
- Fluency in Python, C++, and low-level quantum hardware control languages
- Certification in quantum cryptography from MIT Professional Education
