Responsibilities
- Develop novel quantum algorithms for optimization, simulation, and machine learning applications
- Design and implement quantum error correction protocols for fault-tolerant systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to prototype quantum circuits on superconducting and photonic platforms
- Lead cross-functional projects applying quantum solutions to real-world problems in finance, healthcare, and logistics
- Contribute to open-source quantum software frameworks and developer tools
- Present research findings at international conferences and publish in Nature/Science journals

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and simulation tools
- Deep understanding of quantum mechanics, linear algebra, and information theory
- Publication record in quantum computing research or equivalent industry contributions
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Strong background in machine learning and high-performance computing
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced research environments
