Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for post-quantum cryptographic systems
- Lead breakthrough research in quantum machine learning and neural networks
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum processors
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum circuit performance
- Publish findings in Nature/Science journals and present at IEEE conferences

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years hands-on experience with Qiskit/Quantum Development Kit
- Published research in quantum information theory or topological quantum computing
- Expertise in Cirq, Q#, or quantum assembly language
- Deep understanding of Shor's/Grover's algorithms limitations
- Strong background in quantum error correction codes (surface/colour codes)
